Thread regarding Fidelity Investments layoffs

Not even mad anymore, just disappointed

Today was it for me. I realized it’s true- no one cares anymore. Where’s the standards of care? Where’s the green line? Does anyone even care what the customers think anymore? Tech issues, website issues, certain department’s service quality declining I could deal with. But it used to be about the customers, the culture, the company. If you read any of these posts and compare them to other companies pages you see that everyone is so angry and you know what it’s because they care. Many people on here worked here for years or even months and made this company a part of their life. It’s painful to see it was smoke and mirrors
