and leave this place for good. I haven’t had the courage to walk away before. A couple of months ago, I even turned down an offer. It wasn’t a big step up, and that’s the only excuse I can give. The truth? I’ve been here too long, and change is hard. But now, it feels necessary. PepsiCo is not a place to build a real career, or even stay for too long. At this point, I’m honestly hoping they let me go. Maybe that’s what it’ll take to finally make the change I’ve been putting off.
