@r6+1 lets not forget the poor soul who was pushed way way way to far by his manager and “made it stop” by ending himself. His widow took the documentation of all the pressure, abuse, and harassment his manager had been doing to him all the way to their state supreme court. The company kinda sorta in a very indirect ‘coincidental’ way starting touting su----e awareness, mental health awareness, and most importantly reemphasizing to levels of management ethics and policies on employee treatment.
I’ve said it before and I ll say it again. one day they are going to fire the wrong guy who loses everything…. Wife, house, cars, kids,…. And he is going to go “ postal” on the people who messed with him (managers, superintendent).

UP brain washes you into thinking UPs the only job out there. Plenty of jobs out there and some even care about their employees. UP has the "To Big to Fail" mentality. Well look in the mirror UP execs, Y'all are FAILING!
The management and executive teams have taken all of the fun out of that place, so yeah the place su-ks! It used to be that we could go in, do our jobs, and go home. Now it's you go in, look around to see how many managers are watching you before you clock in, get clocked in, get threatened by management, get written up by management on BS charges, try to do your job, get stopped by management, get written up by management even more because they didn't get their way, complete a task, get yelled at/threatened again by management, clock out all stressed out, and then repeat the process again tomorrow only if your job wasn't eliminated by upper management. Then the executives can't figure out why the UP doesn't run like it should. Here's an idea for any manager or executive reading this! LEAVE US THE FU-K ALONE! We know how to do this work! YOU DON'T! Quit looking for stupid sh1t to write people up for just to meet that quota you say you dont have! We all know you have one! You managers and executives are getting very close to a breaking point that us workers have. Did you get that Vena???
Put in your 60 months if you can and get out.
