Yes, Twitter staff #s stood out to me. It actually shows that Avaya didn't have as much "fluff" as implied. For Twitter to have more, and they don't have a business model where ALL clients require special configuration and support, it goes to show how difficult it will be for Avaya to operate without the employee talent as Avaya has little "off the shelf" to sell.
