PRS here, I was one of the lucky groups being asked to stay through August (yay me) and watch as everything we built gets toppled to the ground. They have left morning shift PRS’ to one or two on the phones for the first few hours of being open per region, the calls are back to back, and overflowing to our sister regions or going to VM. It appears that phone lines have been broadly opened, as the last two days we have been receiving calls for regions that we do not even have access to in NCM, which is a MASSIVE waste of our time and the panelists time. Every day I see more and more that directly indicates that Nielsen will completely crumbled when their US operations dwindles and fades. GCC PRS’ are scared for their time here, they know if we’re expendable, so are they; some have already quit because it is way too much work on any persons shoulders. $15k a year for their salary… yeah I’d quit too. It’s sad to see the legacy that was built from the ground up being so mindlessly controlled and “cared for” by people who are so out of touch and don’t give a rats a-s if this company sees another prosperous year.

@OP Former FR here. I left Nielsen several months ago and I’m sad to hear things are getting worse for everyone. The PRS and Field Rep role worked hand in hand to make sure our panelists experience was a good one. I can’t imagine many panelists continue participating with this major reduction. Thank you to the PRS’ and field, including membership who have worked hard, built and cared for this company for such a long time. I admire your dedication and wish you the absolute best!
