So since when can Walmart schedule me on a day you aren’t available?? If my availability specifically says I’m not available on Wednesday, why on earth are they scheduling me?
My teaming schedule is keyed in and approved. Never had an issue with this before.
Guess they do whatever they want. Unbelievably frustrating. Excuse me I do have a life outside of Walmart. My days off are planned with Dr appts and volunteering. Ge-z

Once availability is keyed the computer will not schedule you outside of those hours/days. Someone is going into the scheduling system and manually changing your hours.
I dont think just anyone can manually override. Start with the store manager.

If you are approved to be off, they would have to manually override this. Contact district HR and report it , or call the ethics hotline.
