I recently witnessed a huge code of conduct incident but it had nothing to do with me directly. Dies anyone feel like they have been laid off due to retaliation for narking someone out for breaking the code we just got trained on?

@w6 that’s my fear. I feel like everything is so sensitive right now that one complaint could put me on the next rif list.

Report to the compliance line. There should be an anti retaliation policy
@OP I do not think those masterminding the offshore effort care one way or the other.
