Just a nice way to claim 18A failed and IFS is failing.

Nothing new here. 18A will succeed if it can deliver for Intel Products, its #1 customer. That is what is critical. Only after intel product on 18A hits the market and performs well will IFS get any meaningful traction - perhaps on 18A but especially on 14A which shares many details with 18A.

It could just be an unfounded rumor. As the other guy noted a Circuit article would be splendid.

But near as I can gather 18A is still on for Prodco Amazon and Microsoft

So it’s really an article about how we just can’t sell IFS but still really want to

My take is that in the Game of Fabs you win or you die. We just can’t keep sc--wing around with an IFS that doesn’t sell and pretend it will in our strategy. But somehow LBT keeps coming up with the money so far…….

CEO need to listen to experts who can tell the brutal truth. Look at 18A, most people lied to CEO. Simply switch to 14A will take many years, it is not as rosy as people say.
