Anybody wonder if low level leaders like TLs, PDMs, etc will be replaced with Department Leaders? Or other way around even? DLs going away and TL and PDM report to Directors?

I am not following. As cascade 2 is still not complete, why would a leader apply for open role before knowing if they are impacted or not?
Yes, a leader applied for an open associate role and got the position.

Do you think there’s a chance that displaced leaders could take individual contributor roles?
@a8 just trying to understand how they will get rid of more leaders since not many took VSP apparently. Having a Director, DL, TL/PDM, seems to be possible to have too many layers, however, with each of those getting more associates on their teams then it would make more sense to keep it.
@b4 Agree this is what I have heard. Connecting dots, we overhired and it was for many leadership roles that were unnecessary. You don't have to look far to see totem poles of GP with one GP report, who has one director report, who has three reports. Some cases even more egregious. I guess this is why the VSP went out to all leaders.
From what I am hearing as a DL, one “target” will be spans and layers- looking for leaders whether TL, DL or Director to have 5-10 direct reports.
