@gy sadly you’ll have to get use to it. They say a lot but actually say nothing …. (And the worse part is it is all scripted. So they plan to be that bad)

Word salad is a perfect phrase, my entire team from Lex couldn't figure out these guys.

The stock has barely budged. It looks like Wall Street isn’t falling for the reinvention jib.

Could anyone in xerox senior leadership successfully load a print driver? I have doubts.

It’s Global Imaging all over again. Xerox will leave Lexmark alone for a while, Then they will take their base and bury them.

FMT always drops a powerhouse in every post.
Don’t expect anything else from the FMT

@a7 so Steve B is not boring but he is full of sh-t. Oh don’t forget he is FEARLESS. Said it about 20 times. He is manifesting it I suppose.

@a6 - you would be the first one to get voted off the island. If you are in sales today, get out. The comp plan is more than fair and almost every rep I know is making more money than before the new comp plans got rolled out. That just means you are not selling enough. Time to dust off that resume. We don’t need you anymore.

You can say what you want about Steve, but he’s not one of those boring CEOs that put you to sleep when they talk. John on the other hand 😴

I’m hoping we can now replace all the Eeyores left at Xerox with Lexmark people. It’s time to get some new blood. If you don’t like it at Xerox and just complain daily, then get out. Nobody owes you anything. It’s a job…do it.

Best to get a good soaking in it now before they experience the rest of the “magic” that Xerox offers.

Do us all a favor, hang up and submit your resignation. We don’t want your toxicity.

You know how I can tell you guys aren’t very business savvy? Every single CEO uses the same business speak. You just haven’t been exposed to it in your caves. Must be from the mid west.
