A couple of months ago, they had all grade 13 and above complete a career profile questionnaire.
Does anyone know how that information will be used in cascade 2?

These are not serious people.
At the strategy town hall they claimed that they would painstakingly review the org chart role by role but didn't have a plan for assessing people's skillet and fit for FAN roles.
They would take the questionnaire content as input to deciding the right skill set for the roles. Tbh I think they have a structure in my mind and asking for info is just performative to give the illusion that they were considering our people.
That’s a good question. Had forgotten about that since I’m only a 12. Wonder what they plan to do with that info.
