asked my dir to convert me from blue to green badge. told me cannot be done. what to do? is this bs? i know it's a long shot but it'd work for me given my current circumstances. thoughts?

You clearly don’t actually work here or you’d know how stupid you sound. You want to go be a green badge? Don’t work for Intel.
Intel employees = blue badge
Non Intel employees = green badge
