@1a8 No, you would only keep your LP if you qualify for rule of 70.

@16b Does one get to keep LP if one doesn’t meet the rule of 70?

@g7 there isn’t much difference between the ISP and VSP. If you don’t max out at 52 weeks, the ISP is fine. You can still keep your limited partnership. Also, under the ISP you may be able to collect unemployment. 🤷‍♀️

@g7 They already mentioned the ISP when discussing the VSP. Severance will be 2 weeks of pay per years worked with a max of 52 weeks. No set release dates. It will be 60 days which will really make it interesting depending on how many people get ISP.

@ac Everyone that gets laid off will get ISP, it will most likely be significantly less than the VSP.

@OP , everyday when I enter the building to work my attitude changes.

I am so disgusted when I walk through the doors.

Currently I'm working on updating my resume and saying "Ce la vie, bite me or adios."

Thank you! Do you know if ISP is for Leaders only or Leaders and Associates (Individual contributors)? Numbers?
