You are suggested reading of "Ten reasons why large corporations can't or won't care for people", published by Ron McIntyre on Medium.
No disrespect intended, while his article embodies Canon in the United States. I believe you have gleamed over a much more relevant article that he has published. "The 10 Dangers of Wannabes in government and business". I would read that article as I believe it hits all the marks of management in not only Melville but also Boca.
