Campus attendance watch list

Curious - did the on campus attendance dashboard come up during any of the ranking sessions @ EMHC?

Tracking attendance on campus, monitoring your keystrokes per hour on your laptop/computer, how many minutes do you use on your corporate phone for personal calls and even your coffee breaks are tools that management/human resources can use to justify a PIP, NSI, or NI ranking.

Bottom line, your work is being tracked.

It was brought up in pre-ranking sessions to determine where people should be slotted

I heard from a good source, that you can not be Excellent without an average of 4 days in the office. HR is validating and changing ranking downwards if needed. Not sue if there is a higher cut for Outstanding.

The last two years it hasn’t come up at any level in Planning/Stewardship

The President levels are monitoring it. Not sure what benefit it gives them other than filling Campus seats for tax incentives but that’s how the Execs are spending the time that shareholders pay for…

I am also interested. I typically work at an Engineering office 4 to 5 days per week and it shows me out of assigned office location.
