its probably not coming because Ford can't differentiate from the good and bad. There are re--rded engineers who are still there because they can BS loud sh-t talking , Learn the BS language and the re--rded management will be OK with it. This is how you make it to 65 with 0.7 probability of being laid off.
Doe that mean LL5, LL6, and supervision...
Ford is promoted the same weak, lazy, un-qualified to replace present lazy ....
