I heard they'll be measuring the length of your $h!t to determine if the bathroom break was even warranted or if it would have been contained in your pants.

Look up proximity badges. They don't need cameras. They have them but that's for security, not tracking.

Cameras in the Loo or W/C have many legal ramifications so that is highly unlikely. There have been rumors of installing (in certain W/C) load sensing toilet seats to indiscriminately see how long someone is "off the clock" They can use AI to determine number of people or if the same person (due to weight tracking) is wasting too much time. These have been used in some companies so it would not be first here.

@yx they just want to lay people off. As this article states, that's why HR headcount has ticked up over the past 90 days: https://open.substack.com/pub/thejobchicksinsideredge/p/ford-layoffs-are-imminent

It looks like one of the reasons for the increased headcount was to track cameras.

This is 100% fact. Multiple people in my facility have been called to HR and asked about leaving early. HR directly said they are monitoring cameras. Probably using facial recognition.

BS topics , Ford will not do it , because they laid of they experienced engineers who drove the sh-t-shows while puppets produced the reports to upper woofs. It does not matter camera or no camera, you get axed for no reason. This is Ford. They axed the best performers , now they axed the slush who will be obvious not delivering anything at all. I was laid off, the slush shoud be fired ----suggestion to Ford HR, BillFoundation and Bills Board of Directors holding the highest stake of $$$ of property.

They’ll have cameras over your rent-a-desk, pointed at the exits and at the restrooms.

You won’t be able to scratch your bùtt without it being recorded.

So you get the top/back of someone’s head on the way out. That’ s really effective in identification.

Next thing we will hear is Ford is installing retinal scanners like in the movie “ Minority Report”.

More fake news from the OP.

This is laughable! How about monitoring what your employees are doing, instead of badge nonsense!

Cameras will be installed with smell-o-vision as well for those non-local hires who don't shower or wear deodorant.

The cameras in the washrooms will be able to zoom into bumholes to see how well you have cleaned. AI will set a threshold and send email warnings if it detects a deficiency in cleanliness and wipes have completed. HR will be cc'ed and you will be mandated to complete online training with an in person test at the end.

When I was still working (retired in 2022) they were working on ways to follow employees within each of the buildings. Some real 1984 stuff.

There will also be cameras in the washrooms to determine how much time is spent and also how much Fibre you've been eating.
