Halliburton has figured out a new form of attrition, that will save them from having to make a list for future RIPs. First they wanted everyone back in the office and if you didn’t want to put in 40 Hrs. playing on your phone or watching videos on your computer, they told you to find somewhere else to work…Don’t think for a moment that they do not know when you come in or live…I have seen the time logs they are keeping on when you badge in or out…
Now they are going after the people in Field Operations by mounting cameras in vehicles to see if you pick up a mobile device or wear your seatbelt…Pictures are being taken and if you are caught, automatic termination…
They need to monitor every vehicle entering a Halliburton office or location…If they did that half of NB would be gone…
Be very careful as you are being monitored 24/7 by the Big Brother.

If you fall asleep on a long drive in the passenger seat you’re also automatically terminated. You’ll be sacrificed on the alter of “safety” so executives can profit.
