I only ask because they've got a customer success story on bland's website (an AI call center app that claims that everyone has talked to AI unaware), and I'm wondering how many humans that's affected. They CLAIM they're not replacing people, but seeing how many rounds of layoff's there's been, I'm dubious.

I heard last round of layoffs was primarily sales, along with some marketing and technology folks. Mostly in the US. I don’t think customer service was disproportionately impacted. If I remember correctly, Monster/CB customer service reps are primarily in India now and they make peanuts compared to folks in the US.
