Remember safety is the number 1 priority as long as it doesn't cost anything , doesn't delay trains, doesn't increase dwell time, doesn't increase work event time, doesn't require additional manpower. At the end of the day it's 100% your fault and your responsibility. Be vigilant and protect those share holders at all costs

Exactly! It's very hard or entirely impossible for a person like Vena to say that safety is #1 priority when he hasn't shown a shred of proof that it actually means something to him. He's nothing more than a sock puppet for the shareholders and the board of directors. He's doing what they want to increase their wealth while eliminating our jobs, and destroying the company. I don't care how many townhalls he has or what he thinks we want to hear. I know what he was like at the CN, so nothing he says now or ever should ever be taken as genuine or sincere. He needs to retire! This company and really the entire industry needs to heal from PSR.
