Why would AEP need to layoff more employees when the company is hemorrhaging employees like a ruptured aorta? If they do not stop the flood of employees leaving, AEP's lifeblood is going to be exhausted and major investors can kiss their golden goose laying golden eggs good bye along with their profits. The hedge fund locusts are devouring everything that motivates employees to work at AEP for decades. New hires will not last 3 years in the current wage slavery and crony promotion work environment. Moral and ethical decay among AEP leadership is metastasizing at an alarming rate due to cronyism promotions resulting in employees fleeing to escape drowning in the corporate cesspool of reckless and self-serving ambition and insatiable greed.

I wish I could say the same @a1+1jypba6qr I'm so ready to leave but too scared to actually do something.
I haven't heard anything yet.
We're in the wait and see stage.
Not that I think being laid off would be such a bad thing anymore.
