The sad reality is that EJ has become so big and such a machine, only the people willing to sell their soul and believe the BS coming out of their own mouth will rise to the top. It’s all BS, every word, every why, but the managing partner and ELT are going to surround themselves with leaders who agree that the sh$t smells good.
I feel like everyone at this firm who works hard and actually makes the place function are all being gaslit at a level I've only seen from government entities. Every week a new word or catch phrase is created and repeated over and over again like propaganda. Even if I survive cascade 2 cuts (Im in OPS) I plan to not stay on here. Chubak wants this company very badly so he can allow a full takeover of his east coast cronies. Once he takes over all bets are off.
I see one GP who got pushed out and sent to another division a year ago right back to the same leader that pushed them out. Which genius decided on that?

It’s funny, I was really looking for the great changes we were all expecting. But I see NOTHING all of the same people in the same places. It’s all BS. Another 1000 have to go make their numbers work.
