Internal marketing staff are a waste of money and should be cut. If you’re not selling or manufacturing you are a drag on the bottom line.

The plan is to replace laid off employees by onshoring folks from overpopulated countries with limited resources, with bias preference towards India, China, and Central America.

Makes excellent business sense. For every current employee let go, 4 can be on shored.

Corporate BBs, IBP leaders and package engineering. I haven’t heard of any SAP deployment people getting laid off. Are they safe?
