not just the operating model, those IT fu--s only think software and have no idea what business they're into. their unchecked arrogance is nauseating.

The sooner the DPA circus is dissolved and its failed, toxic VP leadership fired the better...
It better be gone. DPA wasted so much money and tried to crunch projects in such a short time that they were half working (at best). Unfortunately AK and crew thinks we can undergo a digital transformation without an operating model that makes sense.
