Just leave immediately. Don’t do pass down so that they will realize your role after you leave.
Run Forrest, RUUUN!!
You can’t work for both companies simultaneously. Offer periods don’t count, you just have to leave intel before your start date
Fake troll post, just to test the gullibility of others.
Result: Pass.
Don’t tell where going. Simple. “I would prefer not to talk about it and would like to focus on transitioning my work to the next gullible co-worker who is going to stay and go down with the mother ship”
Even if they walk you out they will give you the 2 weeks pay.
Well, don’t tell them where you are going. That’s a sure way to get walked out early. In my experience, most managers are okay with having you for that 2 weeks so that you can transition your work to others. Takes some of the burden off their shoulders. This assumes there isn’t bad blood with your teammates.
Wait to get the Intel CPM package
Pass your background check first before dropping the divorce card on Intel.
Why would you care? Take the offer, tell them you can start in 2 weeks. Inform Intel, they walk you immediately, you have vacation, or you stick around for two weeks.
But probably walk you if it's truly a competitor.
Don't forget to use all your vacation first!!
They will most likely pay you for 2 weeks but you will not be allowed to stay for 2weeks. They don't want you sabotaging anything....I don't think you can make Intel currently any worse lol
who cares, take it and leave
Likely walked out.
