Not sure why we are having this meeting. Its not discussing the Re-Imagined....... what a waste of time.

I couldn’t tell if the town hall was for the associates or for the ELT. We are the ones at risk of losing our jobs but seemed like the ELT wanted affirmation for their bravery to fix this mess that they created. Good job ELT! Here is a glass milk. Let us tuck you in.
Seeing the townhall today just confirmed that I’m relieved to be on my way out. If that was their best foot forward, then the rest of the dance doesn’t look promising.
I found it highly entertaining. Especially the part at the end where the lady said, “I hope you heard the humility in our voices.” (Or something like that) It’s very freeing having utterly no respect for the leadership team.
But all humor aside, I do miss the Weddle town halls. I miss not only the respect I had for the leaders of the firm, but their wisdom, ingenuity, and sincerity. But I also miss the days when I believed in Penny and had hope for the firm.
@ax, I meant for my post to read "It was 1.5 hrs of work time wasted.... darn phone. Alot of BS being said... thank you.
Not sure it counts as a town hall if leadership is too afraid of opening up to Q&A. It would be nice if they at least pretended to earn their compensation. Can't imagine the fallout if I presented something so half baked and refused to field questions.
Ripe for picking--investment advice from groveling WFH guerrillas. AI will fix this and we will all make moŋey.
I want to create a bingo card for all of the lame buzz words that are used each time we have yer another nonsense meeting.
How dare they mention the word trust? Then tell us to use Headspace for our mental health. What a joke for a meeting
@a8 should have made a drinking game out of it. Every time some overpaid exec says “accountable” take a shot.
Can't any of these buffoons memorize their lines? This is like a first reading of a high school play written.
When I was ever around Weddle. I was very impressed by his composure and confidence, granted I was in my 20s and new to working in a professional setting. Can't say the same now. This is eye opening. I can just feel the BS slide out. Might as well just throw me out there and give me a script
@a8 I'm not sure they know it means what they think it means.
Once again... Why call it a town hall when it's really just a lecture from a panel with chat turned off?
The "townsfolk" are on here with tar and feathers ready.
Most used word of the day - “Accountable”
Do they not realize they've lost the firm? They've lost our trust. Lost our ears. Lost our motivation. Lost our care for what they have to say. The only thing some of still care about is the field and our clients.
The only thing we all want to hear right now out of their two-sided mouths is whether we're going to be okay or need to start job hunting.
$100 million per year in compensation on that stage right now. This is the best we can do?
At least we can be assured that whoever writes these scripts for Penny reads this board.
Exactly how do members of the ELT expect us mere mortal to hold them accountable for anything?
Just when I think the speakers can’t get any more sickening, the next one steps up.
This is a meeting for them to tout how proud we should be of them and how they reimagined the firm.
