I would like to see positive posts and ways we can communicate and make it through the storm. I am exhausted from reading everyone’s negative comments with doom and gloom messages.
Folks we got this and we got each other!

The first 5 questions on those surveys let them know who you are in most cases. There's nothing anonymous about them
Such a display of negative feelings and projection of bad vibes. This site is creating emotional turmoil for me, I will be reaching out to Business Support to voice my concerns and frustrations with my manager.
First of all, any adult that is inspired by purple power can't be taken seriously as an adult. The problem with this place is exactly that. When we switched from B3s to the Purple ACROSTIC is when it was completely too late to recover. The original poster here is exactly the problem.
Anonymous survey what a joke. I worked for someone in finance that bullied everyone about the surveys then her and her supervisors (relatives) would spend a week after they came out questioning people about who wrote what. She'd go around beaming about her survey results that were entirely a sham. If you were even remotely honest she'd dig it out and push you out the door. Been doing it for a decade. Should've been fired a long time ago for that alone.
Good morning, Purple People
may Crown provide you with all the financial stability and life enjoyment that a company can possibly give.
It’s totally OK to share feelings and emotions on this site and vent about your frustrations. I work for a very difficult micromanaging remote manager that does not see the amount of workload I handle day to day. All managers and directors should be in offices to support their hardworking teams and other departments. Remote employees are the detriment of this organization.
Those surveys were not really anonymous. There was a backdoor to know who sent the survey back. That's why they fell off.
I really wish we’d bring back the company-wide anonymous surveys where employees could rate their work environment, management, and overall experience. We used to receive them regularly, but it seems like they’ve stopped coming. They were a valuable way to share honest feedback and stay connected to how people are feeling across the organization.
Most likely another nepo that shouldn't be where they are. Further proof that they can't understand the most basic concepts. Next they'll go to a grief group site and complain their tired of the sadness.
This site is discussion about layoffs and all the emotion and fallout that goes with them. If you don't want to read "negative" comments don't come here. It's not a team building site. What's wrong with you? Good grief.
I like my job and manager. Would like to know where I am going so I can forget about either fiber or small cells. But they won’t tell us bc they need us working on both to the last minute.
