Thread regarding AIG (American Intl Group Inc.) layoffs

I’m one of those who left because of RTO

Losing hours each day just to commuting wasn’t something I could accept. I don’t regret leaving. If anything, it pushed me to search more seriously for a new opportunity. I got lucky and found a role that ended up being better than my job at AIG in every way. Sometimes, being forced to cut the cord opens the door to opportunities you wouldn’t have considered otherwise.

With RTO, low salaries and zero or low bonuses, AIG is lucky to get Drvg Users/Dealers and Axe Mvrderers as employees.

AIG has been attracting only low calibre "workers" for decades. The latest antics, RTO, low salaries, and BullSh!t from the C-Suite will only attract Drvg Users/Dealers and Axe Mvrderers and others No other company will hire. ROTFLMFAO !

@2j5 Welcome to the forum HR. Everyone has their opinion. Someone with a 40mi one-way commute through heavy traffic may not share yours. And let's talk about distractions. I don't miss the constant interruptions from mindless colleges with stupid gossip.
