@ap the main salaries are publicly available in the 10-K. For reference Weddle made $12M when he left, Penny now makes $28M.
Also based on the 10K we never hit the 20,000 advisor goal so where’s the accountability for that?

Did anyone catch the part where one of them mentioned the scorecard that’s going to help track all these things they are “accountable” for? I wonder if those will be public. And what exactly does “accountable” mean at the ELT level? What happens if the scorecard shows they aren’t winning.
I was especially unimpressed when they mentioned how proud they are of the new roadmap they are building. As if we haven’t paid a hundred consultants to build a thousand roadmaps that never made it to execution. But this one will be different.

Today is nothing. Mostly high level org layouts. ELT patting themselves on the back for a job well done. The actual layoffs come next.
Will they turn off the chat feature - anonymous? Probably so. I remember the days when there were so anonymous many messages in those town hall meetings and it was NOT pretty.
