All those Dev. Managers are working hard n strategic thinking… they walk around looking busy
Too many id--ts on that leadership. They get paid $$$$ with zero value added. They keep saying we are one family…
For clarity, when EM originally bought XTO the people and management of XTO were really good and just normal people looking out for everyone; fast forward 5 years after purchase, EM violated the terms of promise that XTO staff would not be interfered with; but EM fired or force retired all of the XTO senior leadership and replaced them with EM folks from the Wells Organization and EM subsurface leadership. Very simple explanation for destruction of a once efficient organization a clueless and inept organization devoid of the original XTO culture. The current leadership is inbred cousins of the EM family with majority of them not having any real experience in the field.

This whole pioneer deal has really gotten out of hand. Uncon biz think they are rock stars be it Xom transplants or XTO or whatever.
No more stupid than any other upstream leadership. After all- the upstream President has two years of experience in oil and gas. What did you expect?
It's not a conspiracy, OP's name in that thread was doxxing the uncon VP and threads always get deleted for that. I'll restate it here: Uncon leadership are stupid and clueless.
