Belk is not only cheap but also practice unethical hiring certain group of workers. There you have it call it profiling or bigotry!
I’m a store manager, belk wants to hire ONLY people under 30, under $15, preferably female minority, part time, flex, able to work nights, weekends, holidays, on call. Anything not fitting that criteria, we are told to purge.
You are so right about this Belk company is a perfect image of a laughing picture of a company run by Clark Sparky Griswold. Wonder why it fails so bad to keep new employees all the time and in chaos everyday with debts and big financial trouble! Sound about right!
You all sound like Clark Griswold when Uncle Eddie shows up with his boss Frank Shirley lol
Expensive workers? What is expensive to you? We are all doing the job of about 5 people and making little.
@vjr Well said tell the truth about Belk!
As long as Belk nasty corporate executives at the top make a lot of money or bonuses and very comfortable in their safe and overpaid positions, they do not care or concern about you and this poor Belk current financial debts or distress and future!
Good ideas and excellent suggestions! Now how about starting to save Belk money by cutting from the top like do nothing, know nothing, overpaid many people like Belk current CEO Don Hendricks, overpaid RVPs executives, overpaid Belk store store managers and Sale Team Managers! After all the change must come from the top because the fish is stinking from the head down right? However, you know nothing is going to change as long as Sycamore Partners and all the lazy do nothing executive goons st Belk are in charge and running Belk company right now. In the end there is all talks and no actions!
