Are the ap team leads over the AP investigators/ APAs?? Or are they they same ?

They are not over the APIs (APAs). Only over the APCH(door host) and claims/dad associates.
Apas still report to APOC. It’s on the wire on their roles and responsibilities. They are not to investigate as they are not investigators. They are not APITLs.
Yes the AP team lead is over the AP associates, claims and DSD associates and the door hosts.
Think of the lead as a 'supervisor' a slightly higher pay grade.
