Thread regarding State Farm Insurance layoffs

Ship is sinking!!!! Big Dog 2.0!

LOL! So the ship is starting to sink! CCC sales got an email last week saying they are going to shut down sales for the time being. Several states have basically stopped writing new business but no one will discuss that! Can't make this up! The business they are writing in CCC is complete cr-p because the people they have hired have the IQ of a mo--n burger flipper. The combined ratio is now over 127%!!! MT...no you can not grow your way out of this problem, you used the buy now pay later scheme, got your $20+ million dollar bonuses and you and your minions stole millions and millions from a mutual company that was once the envy of the industry! They will keep bragging about all the growth but that is just fake growth/buying the business....we are going to loose billions!

Yet, another ignorant comment-you are batting a thousand today. “ Today’s starting salary is what it was in 2012” LOL.

Post ID: @nxk+1jyADBYG Their investors unfortunately must not have enough information to churn money to bump operations level employees starting pay up from where’s its been the last decade.

The idea of making money through an insurance company is investing. Not stealing like a government made mafia ran entity from those who are self sufficient but due to some d-mb law pay us monthly.

Hysteria. State Farm is implementing similar changes as many competitors. And many companies outside the industry. In most cases, State Farm is implementing only “lite” versions that are compatible with it’s unique structure.

Love the uniformed hysteria, LOL. The entire P&C Industry is in a loss cycle. On a percentage basis GEICO ,Progressive and Allstate doing much worse than SF. As one small example Progressive incurred more property loss in Florida than SF on a much smaller base-a horrible underwriting result.

It’s about time. When Geico started slowing their growth, we should have been paying attention instead of Crowing. That Buffet fellow knows some stuff.

Globalists calling things digital transformation and AI will always win at Farm. Despite destruction of reputation and service and systems. Tight club
