Downstream curve average 25 $175, 26 $200. Spread is like +/- $30 from these numbers.
I’m $260 CL27 13Y. Seen a lot of salaries.
CL25 10 years, IT $195k
CL26, 9 years w/EM, PhD, 210K, 8" Top performer - Downtown and Downstream

Cl26 220k is around average for upstream, if you’re below this tou mjst have been not assessed well at least once in your career. that means anything below very good.
Lots of variables, with the curve being an important factor.
