@b2 I wouldn't use any of those on a resume. Well maybe roi...
Can Intel managers and engineers spend time to solve technical problems, rather than spend months and years in “human and culture” revolution which turn down the company?
What difference does it make when any type of assessment was completed? The completion date isn't going to change the outcome.
It is a well known fact that employees are picked and then the skill matrix is created to justify it so the criteria is selected to support the bias of the manager. Nothing impartial here.
@b2 All the buzz words you hear in every staff meeting and B-M. So glad I am free of that non-sense. Retired last year and loving it.
@bw no one has ever used that phrase before
"You take the blue pill - the story ends, you wake up in your bed and believe whatever you want to believe. You take the red pill - you stay in Wonderland and I show you how deep the rabbit-hole goes."
@b2 don’t forget my least favorite - “double click” as in “I’d like to double click on that idea
I see that hard working employees are getting laid off. And on the other hand there is hiring going on at VP level. Every new CEO does a reorg and so much time and resources are wasted in cross training instead of focusing on getting the product.
Just say as many useless office job words as you can. It's how most seem to get by each day - doing very little - but talking a lot. If you repeatedly say these words and phrases for most of your day, you might get promoted instead. The combinations of time-wasting non-revenue-generating jargon for titles listed on bullsh * tjobs.com is endless. You don't even need education, ethical values or work experience, just this list.

Intel is only ki-l assessment to see who can be disposed off.
There was no skills assessment done. Otherwise we would not have may of the deadweight still here
@OP Q1'25
@a1 I don't see why you think he not being honest. He said cuts will be made. You're not entitled know more than that.
Do we even give a fu-k about assessments anymore? At some point soon Intels going to be glad if anyone still wants to work here.
Let’s have a big round of skills assessment for the Board of directors and Executive leadership!
Yeah, being in the wrong group. LBT he’s a coward, he doesn’t talk to employees, and he hides behind the ELT. We all know what’s going on, but he doesn’t address it. Grow a sack LBT. Start being honest with the employees. The ELT and CEOs have ruined Intel. And they’re just sending out emails instead of actually addressing the employees it’s just cowardice. The ruined the company while, they collect their huge pays ,they dump the actual worker bees. How do they think this company is going to work without The people that are actually doing the work. Or is that the plan?
