Appears this is it? The acquisition to be completed in next monthish? Layoffs and redundancy firing to begin immediately or do we think they wait?

anyone know what Lexmark offers for severance? if sonehow worse than Xerox expect that to be pit in place 5 minutes before layoffs start

God I hope I get laid off! Best thing that could possibly happen here at this point. Last year was a dumpster fire. This year it’s a 4 alarm inferno engulfing the whole enterprise. Once it reaches the top ol’ Steve will take off in his helicopter and wave goodbye to the rest of the su-kers.

of course there will be layoffs. Lots of them, between Lexmark and Xerox as part of synergy savings.

@ee 100% fact I had my qtr review and had this conversation with my manager who confirmed that that is a task to make recommendations that included head count cuts if needed. Bear in mind the same will be happening at Lexmark. Then it is which figures match up best but I don't think anything is of the table.
