The new job doesn’t pay better, but it has one big advantage - they invest in marketable skills, which actually makes you more employable down the line. Finding a job out of Xerox was an extreme pain. Do yourself a favor, invest in yourself and don’t get stuck there. The longer you wait, the harder it’ll be to leave. Other pastures may not be greener, but they might provide you with improved chances.

I left 4+ years ago - BEST DECISION I EVER MADE and I'm making MORE. greatful what i learned at XRX but also grateful I left when I did.
Believe me, they are not all the same - many great employers around. Folks say this to make them feel better. Get your head out of the sand and leave, for your own sanity and future prospects.
