Wait... so I just started at this company, excited as he-l, and now I find out I don’t get profit sharing because I’m based in Albuquerque? Are you serious? My recruiter straight-up told me that was part of the package. I'm pi---d - how do I move to another site?

It's only gonna get worse. Watch the promises made by recruiter fall off one by one, with no accountability held for the recruiter.
Pay your own way
Stay away from Smithfield. Unless you like massive ego passive aggressive mind games and sitting in traffic for 30 mins just to get off campus.
ABQ only exists because we needed a low cost way to service low margin small market 401k plans. Never had profit sharing, doubt they ever will. A step up from temp workers from Veritude, but not much a step.
