GF just let go lots of people from Lehi site. Maybe you will see Intel bets big on U.S. soon also.

TXN just announced a $60B expansion of their TX fabs.
With all the fab expansion going on, it is possible Intel will put some of the older fabs up for sale. They are perfectly good lagging node facilities, even if they are atypical bespoke Intel fab designs.
They seem more valuable to a foundry than a company like TXN, so GF remains the likeliest suitor.
Dead company pretends that it's still competitive
Fake investment to keep the administration happy.. increase all numbers 100 fold that’s the strategy.. like if you invest $5B say we will invest $500B!
