Yes, the pay is not bad, but everything else is horrible. Managers are aggressive and dismissive and if you dare ask a question you're labeled a slacker. I haven't been here long enough to know how EVERYTHING works yet! It’s super toxic. I came in thinking this would be a great start, but now I just want out.

Very smart kid. Get out while the getting us good. Stay much longer,you'll be ruined and labeled. 5+year "engineers" at EM can't compete due to lack of true skill and lack of interest depth knowledge.

That's interesting cause normally you should be still in the honeymoon period for the first 1 to 2 years as you will be marged right in the middle of the ranking without exposing to too much toxicity yet...
