The best guy on my team is gone, along with a couple of the steady, reliable bees who kept everything running smoothly. Now we’re left with two su-k-ups, and the rest of us are stuck picking up the slack. The funny part? They still expect us to be eager. My manager even thinks we should be grateful. Sc--w this place.

@ad Good to know thanks for the insight. Everyone has been quiet so it has been tough to know how other departments were affected
@a3 it’s not the case. A ton of VP+ got let go. The exercise was a financial one, not related to performance. You were given a target by the Pep Boys and you had to hit it.
Similar on my team but only one VP and above cut. Curious if that has mostly been the case across the board
