I've heard some groups are 15 to 20% cuts at the lowest, 30 or 40 % cuts in
other groups, also heard as much as 50% cuts or in some cases....entire orgs cut (removed). Which orgs are gone? Which % are you hearing or seeing ?
Any managers getting cut? Was that a lie and it's mainly ICs?

Calling it "badge flipping" it's outsourcing in most cases to low cost geos. Some LCGs are great actually, but the main LCG getting the contracts not so much and we all know it.
