So is VF trying to make this the worst company to work for in the industry or what? Every other brand does half day fridays, 3+ weeks of time off per year PLUS wellness week, half days before holidays. Seems like they’re quietly taking away benefits. Has anyone heard anything?

Company is trying to turn things around all new management is all in and employees are crying about snacks and half day Fridays … quit
It’s obvious that they’re trying to sneakily remove the summer Fridays benefit. Considering how HR/CPO loudly announces every time they do the BARE MINIMUM (like snacks in the canteen!! Omg!), the fact that no mentions have been made regarding summer hours tells me they don’t give a sh-t, and they’re putting people to work
