Intel has a bank person, doctors, dental personnel, which is likely not paid by Intel. I'm not sure what the arrange is, but I'd bet in some cases they don't even pay for electricity.
It seems to me, it's mutual convenience. The bank offers products, people don't have to leave their office to run errands. Not sure why such things would change.
If you're sick, you go to the office and be looked at fairly quickly.
If these were paid for by Intel, I'd see them going away. But since not, I'm not sure that is going to change. I would say, if anything RTO would improve ROI to whomever keel them in payroll.
