If you’re competent here, you’ll either burn out carrying the team or get blocked from advancing. They promote people who won’t question anything. Two years in and I’m already job hunting.

Those of us with actual talent and saw the iceberg paddled away to better companies years ago. It’s a job. Go where you’ll be happy and earn real money. Crown isn’t it. Go be happy and let the place go.

Don't think the guy even remotely implied he thought he was important. He was making a statement on the disfunction at Crown and the narrow minded comments just prove that out. They are most likely from the nasty a** nepo managers that take any critique as a personal attack. Like he said you can't question anything.
No please don’t go! You do realize you are nothing right. This company lost the CEO and kept chugging along. I know you think what you’re doing is important but it’s really not.
