@aj most tools make auto adj when ooc too
Engineers in F24 F34 Ireland are a joke , a lot of dead wood, but there are also some good engineers too, what previous poster has said already is true , they are very rarely in the fab and don't know how their tools work , the techs are the real engineers and most have engineering degrees in mechanical or electronics. hopefully this changes soon, training has been sidelined over the last few years and this is currently manifesting itself in quality and more importantly safety incidents. From what I see, nobody is fighting for the company anymore and I can understand why , after the treatment of employees over the last few years, I do believe the company could turn around with the backing of the workers but unfortunately the goodwill is gone !
Tom please stop writing and posting fake news
@aa not at Intel. Most engineers don’t even go to the fab or know where their tools are or how they actually even operate. They look at SPC and say “tool is in control” and think that counts as engineering
Aren't engineers also fab personnel
LBT takes on the tough job as promised. He deserves some credit and wish Intel a successful surgery.
