I bet 75% of those offer an ER would take it in a second. Cisco won't do that because it makes too much sense.
@gk Go read the find print from the last earnings readout. They don't need to tell anyone anything as it was stated at the end of Q3 there was still funds set aside from FYE24 to execute restructuring and that they expect to finalize that by the end of Q1FY26. The sneaky ELT already told everyone what they needed to legally. There will be no announcement.
@d5 no they will want to tell investors in August during Earnings, then it follows in September post FYE close & planning.

This is only in your fantasy ! Cisco has a cheaper way to let go engineers, also find way to save on PTO. No reason to spend more money on ER.
