Marketing gone?

Hearing about full outsourcing of marketing? How do these dimwitted execs expect to keep the company afloat with the stock sh-t mktg sure to come from an Accenture. They brought it in house removing to an incompetent set of losers with a silly name, got rid of all other vendors. Now they wanna go opposite? Anyone know anything real? What sectors of marketing will go?

Can they really do worse by outsourcing it? SMG is the group who gave us the "it was the most cost effective choice" cruise, after all.

Bring back the Samsung guy who changed the “dropped E” logo and changed it to a swoosh (Nike ripoff). Cost $2B for the logo change. Add that to the list of all time Intel blunders. Dude was gone within a few years. Oh… bring back Will.i.Am and ViiV … pure genius.

Marketing should definitely reduced to lot smaller size. But that's not going to save the company. Enough damage is done. Split the company to make sure some division stay live. Otherwise ready of chapter 11.

Good luck getting on their official procurement list vs all the leaches from our current agencies that prop up marketers at intel by doing all the pro and providing all the ideas

Too many marketers at intel are budget keepers and meeting conveners

Very little invented and executed bright ideas to build the brand and even less that actually is relevant to driving the sales of our products

Bold smart move to finally destroy the brand inside a brand legacy and build the future without all the wasted budgets
