Not sure how they tell staff no chance of pay reviews or replacing those who have left but continue to put millions of dollars into CEO club for the second year running. Seems like a big kiss a$$ event ti make upper management feel ‘special’ and blind to the problems.. we’re a laughing stock

the bigger issue with CEO Club is that the groupings in sales were all mixed together, positions I never heard of were mixed in my stack ranking. And, I had a blowout first half, and second half, and found out from my VP in like September that my first half results did not count toward CEO. They blended in my software plan which was like 50 cents which eliminated me, and used that to eliminate myself and my entire team, and even my VP. My VP claims he elevated the concerns, but no listened, or wanted to look at it, the reality I was given was because they didn't want SB and JB to know about the issues and mistakes that were made, or try to correct the mistakes. They blamed the incentive strategy group for coming up with yet another series of blunders.
They want to lay people off so they let the ones that are willing to work for less stay, implement software to track so they can blame you, and rewards themselves making more people want to leave.
They tell staff that and then spend millions on a sycophantic junket as not one of the senior leaders has any moral compass I am afraid.
