Veeva lies when it says it doesn’t do layoffs; it lays people off by manufacturing fake reasons for termination.
To make matters worse, the company’s labor/employment attorney is an ignorant buffoon who doesn’t know employment law, a fact that’s clear to anyone of reasonable intelligence who sees the company release that one must sign in order to get Veeva’s sh---y severance. My attorney burst out laughing when he saw it.
Advice to Veeva: pay your employees better salaries so you can get a labor/ employment counsel who is semi- competent.
